SPARTANS HOCKEY
We aim to expose the top-level players in the area to the vast hockey opportunities that are more readily available to the players in larger more traditional hockey markets. The Tri-State Spartans hockey program will help show a clear path of opportunities to both players and families, which will allow the players to showcase themselves both as hockey players and as young men to the hockey people at the next levels.
Training Camp
All selected players will participate in training camp in August to prepare for the season. Camp highlights include positional clinics, team building, on-ice training, off-ice training, classroom instruction, and video sessions.
Opening Weekend
All the teams will participate in a unique High-Performance Weekend to kick off the season. This is an opportunity to meet the coaching staff and other Spartans families. It is a great chance to get all your Spartans team apparel for the season. There will be a program-wide meeting on Saturday night with speakers and maybe even a special guest.
High Performance Weekends
Training camp style experience taking place at least one weekend per month helps maintain a high practice-game ratio favoring development. Content: 4-5 hours on-ice practice, off-ice training, classroom style instruction, video analysis, team building, cross-over instruction from entire coaching staff.
Weekday Practices
Parallel weekday practices will be provided in each local supporting association (on-ice & off-ice); combined age groups; heavy focus on skill development; follow the skill progression of the USA Hockey ADM Program.

The Tri-State Spartans Hockey Club is a member of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL). This league has established itself as one of the premier grounds for development and exposure. Members of the NAPHL get the opportunity to attend some of the most dynamic and highly scouted events. Ever member is guaranteed the opportunity to compete at the NAHL Showcase, which features NCAA Division 1 and NHL team along with dozens of junior scouts under one roof. No matter what age classification, the NAPHL provides the most dynamic vertical exposure structure designed specifically to educate, develop, expose, and advance players.
